I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to learn more about your needs and to ensure my approach is the right fit for your goals.

How long does therapy take?

Therapy is a unique journey and everyone is different. Some people start therapy to address one area of their life while others want to embark on a longer road of self-exploration and healing.

What can take time is feeling comfortable opening up and being honest with yourself and your therapist. After that, it's up to you to determine when the work is complete.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

It is important to me that quality therapy is accessible for all income levels. I have a limited number of sliding scale slots available. This is a topic we can discuss during our phone consultation.


I am an out-of-network provider. Many PPO plans offer reimbursement for mental health services once you've met your annual deductible.

I recommend calling your insurance company to learn more about your coverage and deductible.

I'm happy to provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement.


All sessions (including EMDR) are conducted remotely through a HIPAA-compliant Telehealth video chat until further notice.


I accept all major credit cards and require a current card be on file.

All of my billing is handled through a confidential online platform and payment is due in full at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid being charged your full session rate.
